Earlier today, I was busily processing photos from a birthday party I shot this weekend when all of a sudden it sounded like the apocalypse was happening outside my house. I thought “Wow, it’s raining really hard out!” About ten minutes later I thought “I should perhaps look out the window to see just how bad this rain really is!” You can imagine my surprise when I saw gigantic hail beating down on my beloved Waltham!
Even more surprising was this view of my street from my front door:
Crazy!
This unlucky girl was towed about half an hour after getting stuck. The flood lasted for a little over an hour. I am scheduled to meet with Caitlin and Sam tonight to finalize plans for their wedding photography (their wedding is next weekend!), but I am concerned that another flash flood will prevent me from leaving my street. Wish me luck!
